Cancellation Policy

STOP You must read ALL of the booking policy to book! If you do not read this policy and proceed, please understand that we will be unable to make exceptions to this policy should a cancellation occur. We will ask for your payment information prior to booking your appointment, but you will ONLY be charged in the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show outside of this policy. No minor clients at this time, sorry. PAPERWORK To receive a body piercing (including ear piercings) in the state of Ohio, clients 18 or older must provide a VALID form of photo ID and complete the studio's paperwork showing you are capable of consenting to this procedure. We will NOT be able to make an exception to this law and cannot provide you with any services without proof of ID. Showing up to your appointment without ID will be considered a Last Minute Cancellation. Valid photo IDs include Driver's license/permit; State ID card; Photo passport; with a current expiration date, photograph matching the client, and matching client's current legal name. If your legal name has changed but your ID is not updated, you will need to also bring paperwork showing the change (marriage license, name change document, etc). Unfortunately we cannot use military or other federal IDs due to legal restrictions on photographing these documents. If you have any uncertainty about acceptable ID, please contact the shop prior to the appointment! CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please understand that our staff is paid by service, and when appointment times are not respected we come into work and lose out on our wages. We will never charge clients if you cancel with proper notice, but we also understand that unexpected circumstances happen and will make exceptions at our discretion for clients who inform us in good faith when emergencies arise. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 12 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged a Same Day Cancellation fee of $5. If you cancel or reschedule less than 1 hour prior to your appointment, you will be charged a Last Minute Cancellation fee of $15. If you no-show the appointment or arrive over 10 minutes late, you will be charged the $15 fee and your information marked as No-Show. If you no-show the shop again we will ask you to seek service elsewhere. Please be understanding of our time and livelihoods. Proceed ONLY if you agree to this policy in FULL
